Substitutions:

Bookings posted on or after Thursday, 17 February 2005 must be confirmed by telephone. Places at the conference are limited. Persons wishing to attend are therefore recommended to apply early. We regret that unless cancellations are received in writing, on or before Thursday, 10 February 2005 registration fees cannot be refunded.
