This one day briefing is for Property Managers and Administrators, Property Support Staff and everyone who needs to acquire or improve an understanding of how to deal with the many issues that arise when dealing with real estate. It is a natural follow-on from the Henry Stewart ‘Introduction to Property’ course.

The briefing covers how to deal with real estate in its wider context examining issues from, respectively, the legal, professional and commercial view points when owning, occupying and trading property.
