Cancellations/Substitutions:
Bookings posted on or after Thursday, 17 June 2004 must
be confirmed by telephone. Places at the conference are limited.
Persons wishing to attend are therefore recommended to apply early.
We regret that unless cancellations are received in writing, on
or before Thursday, 10 June 2004 registration fees cannot
be refunded. However, the conference documentation will be sent
and substitutions can be made at any time. All substitutions and
