A
Henry Stewart Masterclass Self-Invested
The
world of pensions is set for major change. As the countdown to A-day
continues, pension providers, administrators, product distributors,
advisers and investment managers are all having to assess the impact
of these changes although much of the detail is still to be confirmed. Building
on the outstanding reputation of our Small Self Administered
Schemes and Self-Invested Personal Pensions conferences
this Masterclass has been designed to provide an in-depth technical
assessment of the implications of the Finance Acts 2004 and 2005 as
supplemented by recent draft regulations and guidance notes. An
array of expert speakers will consider the issues arising for individual
pensions savers in the run-up to and post A-day and will also examine
the various annuity and alternative options available. Particular
attention will be paid to the likely impact for the SSAS and SIPP
markets post A-day, looking in particular at legal structures, documentation
and regulation. Given
its topicality and timing this conference is essential for Financial
Advisers, Technical Experts and Product Designers working for financial
institutions, professional practices and intermediaries. It provides
an unrivalled chance to listen to and ask questions of many of the
leading experts working in this rapidly expanding field. Full
documentation will be provided to all delegates and adequate time
set aside for questions and discussion. Tuesday,
