The world of pensions is set for major change. As the countdown to A-day continues, pension providers, administrators, product distributors, advisers and investment managers are all having to assess the impact of these changes although much of the detail is still to be confirmed.

Building on the outstanding reputation of our “Small Self Administered Schemes” and “Self-Invested Personal Pensions” conferences this Masterclass has been designed to provide an in-depth technical assessment of the implications of the Finance Acts 2004 and 2005 as supplemented by recent draft regulations and guidance notes.
