In an increasingly competitive market, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies need even more expertise to ensure their innovations are adequately protected. Patents need to be enforceable and strong enough to deter and withstand attack.

They will discuss, in depth, how to a) ensure your innovation is protected throughout its patent lifecycle and b) successfully make strategic decisions that will optimize where the product can be marketed and sold.
