FUNDING PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS

A comprehensive introduction to the financing and funding of property transactions, including both developments and investments.
Delegates will be introduced to the appraisal of property development; from a quick initial appraisal to an in-depth assessment of the detailed elements that need to be taken into account. Workshops will take place at intervals throughout the day to ensure delegates become entirely familiar with the essential elements of funding.
Delegates are advised to bring a calculator to this course.
